Jessica and Jared met at Camp Walden years ago. But it wasn’t until Jared moved home 3 years ago that his mom and tons of friends tried to set them up. Finally, after months of friends and family trying to set them up, Jessica finally decided to give it a chance and go out on a date with Jared. One September, Jared told Jessica that he was speaking at a Work event and he made her get dressed up and ready for this event. He took her to one of Jessica’s office buildings. To her surprise when she walks in, there was no one there but she couldn’t miss this huge banner hanging from the ceiling that said “will you marry me? Of course, she said YES:)!
After he proposed they were joined by their closest friends and family. Jessica didn’t expect this huge surprise but it was definitely romantic and really caught her by surprise. Jessica and Jared as they describe are just two amazing best friends! They are both so different and are opposites in so many ways but they complete each other. They have the best time together and they adore each other. Fast forward to their wedding day on May 4th, 2019 they knew this was going to be nothing short of EPIC!
The day started with the morning preparations at the new and renovated DoubleTree Hotel in West Bloomfield, where we were able to utilize some amazing natural light, later joined by their families and the bridal party.
They decided to be the first couple to have their wedding at the beautiful brand new, Meridian Banquet Hall. There was a lot of planning and it took an army of people to put together the most EPIC wedding of 2019. Samantha from Two Foot Creative made sure that every single detail was to perfection. Gerych’s Rentals with the amazing designer Dustin Rourke made sure that their vision came to life just how Jared and Jessica had dreamed. Their cocktail and ceremony music was accompanied by the talented artists of Nu Classica. Forte Belanger served a delicious 5-star meal that everyone enjoyed so much under the sweet music of The Brian Alexander Band which later rocked the dancefloor! They danced and danced all night and when it was time for the band to depart, Startrax Dj’s took over the night and rocked the dancefloor until the early hours of the morning. It was truly a night to remember and one that will be in our memory for a long time!
