Most frequent questions and answers
During peak seasons, album design may take up to 60 days and once a final draft is approved, may take between 4 to 8 weeks for the album to arrive from the bookbinder. If any requests for the Clients to review an album design or make album-related selections is not completed within ten (10) days, Clients agree to accept the Photographer’s design decisions.
You will have an opportunity to review the design and make up to 5 photo changes at no additional charge. Photo changes include swapping out one photo for a different photo. Photo changes do not include changes to the album design itself. After making 5 photo changes, any subsequent photo changes will require an additional $15 per image fee for each changed image.
Basic editing, such as minimizing blemishes and skin softening, is included for images used in the wedding album. Should the client require additional editing such as sunburn/bruise removal or other extensive modifications, at the discretion of VP, a $100/hour charge with a 1-hour minimum will be assessed
The Wraparound cover is included with your book. Any other covers such as leather, acrylic etc.. will be an additional charge.
All albums, products, etc that are included in your package must be ordered within the 6- month timeframe or will be voided from the package with no refund.
